4. Commit to learning something new everyday, that will help you with your job. Be an expert at understanding the product you are selling.
5. Meet or talk to two new people every day

8. Make a good TOP TEN PROSPECT list, and a 15 back-up list, if you lose one.
9. Follow up a minimum of 5 times, for every new large prospect. keep in touch every two weeks.
10. Become a best friend with your largest accounts, and always be available.
Extra tip: January 1st, of every year , make yourself a sales goal list; and a personal goal list, and put it in an envelope every year, and look at it at the end of the year, and see how you did.. It is not a bad idea to post the goal lists in an area where you can see the lists as well. I always have ten major goals each year, and have always been able to achieve a minimum of 8 to 9 of them every year for nearly 30 plus years, since I started doing this.!
