Find a spot where ther are not delusional, and try to calm them down. It can be over lunch breakfast or dinner. They have to feel safe , and they have to trust you. Schizophrenic people feel safe in a somewhat dark room sometiimes or when they are doing something they enjoy like painting a picture, or playing a musical instrument. it has worked for me, try it in your world, and the comminication will come!

I have listened to over a thousand motivational tapes in my sales career. The biggest key to closing a big sale, is to always remember and practice the following:
If you give people what they want, you will alwasys get what you want. I live by this statement. You have to listen well, before you figure out what it is that they really want. This was a quote by Zig Ziglar, who was one of the greatest motivational speakers of all time. I will never forget it .After 30 plus years of being an award winning sales person, at the top of my industry in sales, It is a very eesy thing to remember, and most of the you will be able to close 90% of those big deals, which will result in larger pay checks.

Well, today is International Peace Day. What does it mean to you?
To me isit means a day that there will be peace in the World we live in. But to have it, everyone on this earth, has to clean uo to cleanup their brain,.and meditate , and appreciate everything around you. Try to make sure you make sure you have a peaceful day and try to get along with eveyone you run across this particular day. I love to write my books, when I am a peaceful quiet place, so I you can share what I am thinking in my inner mind with the world, and hopefully, help tham make their life better and find peace themselves, after they read my stories. In other words I want to give them a better understanding of the world we live in, in general,, and a better undertanding of the mentally ill out there. My special place to find peace in my life, is up in Crestline, California, when I can walk around the lake, (Lake Gregory), and kind of zone out. Where do you find peace.? Thank you God for peace, and thank all the soldiers that fight for our liberty, and help keep peace in this world. we live in.

It has taken me three years to write and get this book published. The “In Between Artist” , and this story hopefully will help the world understand mental illness better. If it does well, and makes large profits, a majority of profits, will go to assist the homelessness in Los Angeles, and abroad throughout the United States. A Foundation will be created, should these books do well.

It was so much fun and fullfilling getting to know my sister, and reading all her journals, and going through all her scrapbooks, and her journals. She was an amazing person and a fantasticand loving Holywood Starlet sister. Hopefully everyone will be able to purchase my new book which will be available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble Website, within the the next 3 months. I will let everyone know when the big date will be. It will be a great Christmas gift for someone in your family. The November Thanksgiving and December Christmas holdiays, are a time for love and family gatherings. This story will show how becoming a Hollywood Starlet, can affect someone in later life. There are many other interesting things that you will become aware of some other interesting things that happened in her entire life. Certain things in her life may have had a long term effects. It has been 12 years as of July 18th, 2022 that my sister Kathy passed away. Now her legacy will live forever, that I have written her story. I am hoping that now that Kathy’s story is written, every generation going forward will read her story, and they will learn from it, and they may be able to help one of their loved ones, family or friends live a better life, People like Kathy defintely need family love and help, with all the challenges of of life and dealing with mental illness. Wow! What a great week, in Guadalajara, Mexico, where I was asked to do a book signing for “The In-Between Artist”.

People came from all over the world. It was a great success!

What was really great about it was, not only meeting people and fans from all over the world, but I had the opportunity to tour Guadalajara. It is a beautiful place. I recommend everyone would enjoy visiting.The food was great and the scenery was fantastic in so many ways.

There was a lot of interest in my book. I also had a 15 minute interview at the booth, taken by a major representative of a major station in Mexico. I was able to have a translator as well. It was such a pleasure to meet many of the top of literary agents and publishers from all over the world.

The trip was a lot of fun! I had some photos taken I would like to share with all of you.

Well, today 11-19-2021,I just received an email from Page Publishing who only approves 4 to 7 % of the manuscripts that are submitted. They have officially approved to publish my next book today. I submitted the manuscript about 3 weeks ago.
I am still working on the title, but you will know soon, when I get it cleared. It will be something to do with being Happy! That is a hint. As the famous song goes,”I am so excited! I will let everyone know when it will be available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble, etc. I have worked on this new book for nearly 2 years. I really think this book will be a big hit! Everyone will enjoy reading this book at some point in their lifetime, including my family. Stay tuned!
It most likely will take 6 to 8 months before publication. It could be sooner. There is a lot that goes into writing a book.”The In-Between Artist” my first book, took about 6 months, so most likely it will be out by July or August 2022 . In the meantime, I hope all of you have a Happy Thanksgiving! I am now working on my third book. This one will also be a big surprise! It is a book I have been thinking about writing my entire life, and it will be helpful to anyone who reads it in so many ways! It will be one taken from my journals and all my real sales experiences throughout my entire sales career .Again, it definitely will be a Happy Thanksgiving for me and my family. We have so much to be thankful for! Thanksgiving is one day we have to reflect on who we really are, and how thankful we are to be alive and have what we have!
